Chris has been in the Mortgage Industry for over 18 years. Yeah, that is crazy.
Growing up he was extremely good at puzzles. At the age of 5 he was knocking out 1,000 pieces all by himself to the amazement of his mother. She thought he was so gifted…turns out he was just really bored.
Chris relates his loves of puzzles to the complexity of the mortgage world where you need patience and critical thinking to succeed. It’s his job to arrange all his clients’ pieces to fit and create the picture of their future financing.
His favorite thing about being a Loan Officer is that he gets to meet people from every industry. Whether you’re a social worker or an astronaut at some point everyone becomes interested in real estate. Now from your first consultation to funding you’re going to spend a lot of time with your loan officer. Chris breaks the boring lender mold adding an element of fun while easily breaking down the process for the full range of his clientele…from a new couple searching for their first home to a seasoned investor looking to add to their portfolio.
Hailing from Yonkers, NY (pronounced Yon-kuhs as the r is silent) Chris attended Binghamton University for his undergraduate. The same school Denzel Washington also attended…once, to give a speech and then immediately leave. Chris loves living in San Diego as it’s perfectly insulated. To the west you have the beaches, to the east you have the mountains, to the south you have Mexico, and if you go north enough you have LA. Gross.
Outside of his professional life you can find Chris running the stairs at the Convention Center, working on his tennis game, perfecting his paint/wine skills, yelling at his golf clubs, honing some new stand-up material, or trying to convince his friends to go do an escape room. This kid really does love his puzzles
